There are two .epub versions.  The only difference between the two versions is the Table of Contents.  The first version features a two-level Table of Contents.  The second version features a single-level Table of Contents.  Note: For either version, it may be necessary to first save the downloaded file and add the file extension (.epub) to the file name before it can be viewed properly.
